Now back in force, the Campus 00s. Originally named the ‘Tournament’, this trainer has come on leaps and bounds from its basketball origins. Rebranded to the Campus in the ’80s and largely animated by hip-hop culture – even appearing on an album cover of the Beastie Boys in the same era – it’s fair to say that the Campus has been around the block a few times. With its ability to absorb heavy impact and withstand high intensity wear, it’s no wonder it got adopted by the skate community.
