The sensei of the TMNT universe gets his call up into the adidas Originals Superstar lineage, with a self-titled ‘Master Splinter’ iteration of the ’70s classic. The uppers arrive in hairy ‘Earth Strata’ suede, and host those familiar cushioned collars that are synonymous with the Superstar. Underfoot, a textured rubber midsole keeps the look in sync, while 3-Stripes pave the sidewalls in ‘Pantone’, offering up muted contrast. ‘Splinter’ foiling addresses the medial walls, and custom lace jewels add the finishing touches.
