The 1906R gets its name from the date New Balance first opened its doors as an Arch Support company – and they’ve done a fair bit since. Coined in its ‘Moonrock’ colourway, this iteration is a clean, albeit shiny and technical design crafted from a lightweight mesh upper which hosts synthetic overlays. The N-lock lacing system feeds through the sidewall branding, while the N-ergy midsole borrows design elements from the 860v2. Other than that, it’s still the same 1906R you know and love from back in 2009. | M1906RRD
