Long considered a work of art, Nike releases the ‘Museum Masterpiece’ iteration of the Air Max 1 ’86. Leather uppers have been given a textured, marbled effect, which mimics parchment, while a tonal suede Swoosh strokes the sidewall. Typography on the insole warns “PLEASE DO NOT STEP ON THE ART”, and on the other foot, a tribute is paid to Tinker Hatfield as the artist.
